Supported now: PDF, PNG, JPG, and text files. These uploads are tracked in your system and will appear in the Provider Claim Dashboard.
Choose File
After uploading, you’ll be redirected to your main dashboard. Providers can view all uploads in the Provider Claim Dashboard and generate multi-claim PDF bundles.

Paste Claim Text Instead
If you already have the claim details as text (for example from OCR or a portal), you can paste it below and run an analysis without uploading a file. This path does not currently feed into the provider bundle dashboard.
